Please note that as NSW Public Health restrictions and guidelines change, the information on this page will be updated. We recommend that you check this page 24 hours before your event.

Important information about your visit

We’re committed to keeping everyone safe.

When you visit our venues, it is really important that you are feeling well for your own safety as well as the safety of other patrons, artists, staff. If you are feeling unwell, we strongly encourage you to stay at home and contact us prior to your event to arrange a ticket exchange or gift certificate.

 

Merrigong Theatre Company operates in line with current NSW Government guidelines with the safety of patrons, artists and staff our utmost priority. To ensure the safety of all within our venues, Merrigong Theatre Company:

– Encourages the use of masks when visitors attend our venues. Masks are available on site at any of our venues so please speak to our friendly staff when you arrive if you would like one.

– Ensures venue cleaning remains at a high standard with professional grade disinfectants & soaps used throughout. All public areas, including bathrooms, foyers, cafe, bars and auditoriums are cleaned daily. Sanitiser is available for staff and/or patrons at all bars and within any foyer space.

– Encourages the use of cashless payment across our bars and Box Office.

– Strongly recommend and encourage patrons, artists and staff to not attend the venue if unwell or have tested positive to Covid-19.

FAQs

Q. It’s the day of my event and I’m not feeling 100% well. What do I do?

A. We recommend you stay at home if you are feeling unwell. Please notify our Box Office as soon as possible prior to your event via phone 02 4224 5999 or boffice@merrigong.com.au. You may be eligible for an exchange into another performance subject to availability.
