Welcome to Wollongong’s Home of the Performing Arts

The Choir of Man

30 Sep - 4 Oct

Wollongong, welcome to The Jungle – the best pub in town!

The Choir of Man brings 90 minutes of high energy harmonies and foot-stomping choreography to Wollongong in a feel-good musical for all ages that will make you wish this pub was your local!

Nine mates welcome you to The Jungle: beautifully old-fashioned and complete with real beer on tap! A place where the darts are thrown, pints are poured and everyone has a place to stay and forget their troubles.

A team of incredible performers serve up a medley of chart-topping hits from artists including Queen, Paul Simon, Adele, Guns & Roses, and Katy Perry (and many, many more!), all reinvented with gorgeous harmonies, rousing singalongs, and incredible dancing. It’s interspersed with poetic meditations on the communities which keep us going.

Andrew Kay and Nic Doodson’s production pulled its first West End pint in 2021. Since then, this musical has grown both a cult following and gained top awards, including an Olivier Award nomination for Best Entertainment show in 2022.

The Choir of Man is an uplifting celebration of community and friendship, with something for everyone! Performed live by a wildly talented group of incredible instrumentalists, world-class wordsmiths and sensational singers, you’ll want to pull up a bar stool and stay a while!
