1. Please complete, submit the booking
2. An invoice will be sent to the payment contact listed on your booking form. The non-refundable amount stated on your invoice is required by the due date to secure your booking. Seats are not held after this date and may be sold to other patrons.
3. Final payment must be made prior to the event, and payment will not be accepted on the day of the event.
4. Booking numbers cannot be reduced within 4 weeks of the event. An increase in numbers is possible, subject to availability.
5. There are no refunds once bookings are finalised (except as outlined in the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice).
6. Bookings made within 4 weeks of an event are final, and full payment is required within 5 working days to confirm the booking.
7. Payment can be made by credit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT) or cheque. Phone the Box Office Manager on (02) 4224 5909 to pay by credit card. If paying by cheque, Merrigong must receive full payment (cheque cleared) for the group booking before the date of performance.
