Cameras & Recording Equipment
These are not permitted in the theatres during performances.
Dress Requirements
There are no dress requirements. As a guide to suitable attire, most patrons choose to wear smart casual clothing.
Mobile Phones
As a consideration to other patrons, please ensure that pagers & mobile phones are turned off while in the theatres.
TICKETS, REFUNDS, AND RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Merrigong Theatre Comapny abides by the LPA Code of Practice. For more informaiton on all matters relating to tickets, refunds and refusal of entry, please see the Ticket Info page.
Latecomers
Patrons arriving at the theatre after the show has commenced may only be admitted at the discretion of management, and will not be admitted to the auditorium until there is a suitable break in the program.
Wheelchair Access
Wheelchair access is available to all of IPAC's venues. Patrons requiring such access must advise the box office at the time of booking their seats.
Hearing Impaired
Theatres are equipped with sound enhancement facilities. Receivers can be obtained free-of-charge from the box office prior to a performance. Please note that we have a limited number of headsets available. All shows in the Merrigong Theatre Season in 2009 will have one captioned performance for the benefit of the deaf and hearing impaired.
