Sydney Symphony Orchestra - Pieter Wispelwey & the SSO
The Sydney Symphony Orchestra returns to Wollongong with a concert to make you smile.
11 Aug – 11 Aug
Renowned Dutch cellist Pieter Wispelwey joins the musicians of the SSO for an uplifting evening of music by Haydn and Mozart. You can expect pure Classical delight, with music designed to entertain and surprise. Haydn’s Evening Symphony will show off the musicians at their very best. Mozart’s serenade for wind instruments brings an unexpected dramatic atmosphere. And the virtuosity of Haydn’s D major cello concerto makes for a rousing finale.
Hear the SSO in the Wollongong Town Hall for one night only!
