Stories and songs for the under 7's brought to light by wonderful bilingual and mulitlingual storytellers. Come and be entertained, clap, sing, dance, move and make friends.
All families, all ages welcome.

WORKSHOP - A Moment of Sharing
11.30am - 1pm
The Music Lounge
Join youth from around the Illawarra as they share traditional tales, poems, dance, music and joy. Performances from Warrawong Intensive English Centre, The Diamonds singing group and Poetry in First Languages participants.

DINNER EVENT- Refugees bring more than they carry
6pm for 6.30pm start
Wollongong Town Hall, Main Auditorium
When refugee entrants come to a new country, they who they are - their own stories, skills and experience, enriching their new homes and communities. Join us for an evening of food, photos and stories that showcase our diversity and common humanity.

This day of community and sharing is brought to you by Merrigong Theatre Company, Community Hubs, Illawarra Multicultural Services, Multicultural Communities Council of Illawarra, NSW Dept of Education, Peoplecare, Red Room Poetry, SCARF Refugee Support and WIEC.
