Phil Scott is a Cabaret Survivor
Well known for his work in the annual Wharf Revues, Phil shows us how and why he "survived" cabaret!
07 Jul – 07 Jul
Pianist/singer/writer/comedian Phil Scott, well known for his work in the annual Wharf Revues, has also been performing solo cabaret shows since the 1980s. (Yes, he began as a mere child!)
In this intimate concert performance, Phil revisits his favourite numbers, tells a few stories and drops a few names... and shows us how and why he "survived" cabaret!
You'll hear some Tom Lehrer, Flanders and Swann, Fats Waller, lots of favourites from the pop charts and the musicals, even a selection of 'originals' from The Wharf Revue, all topped off with Phil's dazzling keyboard style.
Recommended for ages 15+.
