The Music Lounge presents

Phil Scott is a Cabaret Survivor

07 Jul – 07 Jul

Spotlight Performances are a new addition to the program, added into the line-up to give audiences a premium reserved seating option where they can book the best seats in the house. With premium reserved seating you can expect the best seats, table cloths, cushioned chairs and ambient table lighting. On Spotlight Performance nights the doors and bar will open 1 hr prior and the bar will offer a special ‘themed cocktail’.

Pianist/singer/writer/comedian PHIL SCOTT, well known for his work in the annual Wharf Revues, has also been performing solo cabaret shows since the 1980s. (Yes, he began as a mere child!)

In this intimate concert performance, Phil revisits his favourite numbers, tells a few stories and drops a few names... and shows us how and why he "survived" cabaret!

You'll hear some Tom Lehrer, Flanders and Swann, Fats Waller, lots of favourites from the pop charts and the musicals, even a selection of 'originals' from The Wharf Revue, all topped off with Phil's dazzling keyboard style.

Recommedend for ages 15+.
