The Burns Association of Physical Culture 51st Annual Grand Final showcasing girls from 5 years through to ladies competing for the title of Grand Champion.

Burns Physie is based in the South Western region of Sydney with clubs at Picton, Douglas Park, St Peters, St Andrews, Narellan, Macarthur, Rosemeadow, Kentlyn and Casula.

Burns Physie is a gentle and inclusive sport that promotes teamwork, good posture, musicality, flexibility, strength and control. The emphasis at Burns Physie is having fun whilst exercising. Many lifelong friendships are made at Physie.
