Since Merrigong's first full-scale production in 2006 (Van Badham's Camarilla), we have produced a major work every year. In 2008, Merrrigong produced Thieves Like Us, a world premiere from Australian playwright Marcel Dorney, and remounted our 2007 production of Athol Fugard's Valley Song for a NSW tour.

In 2009, Merrigong will produce 4 Plays about Wollongong, an evening of theatre consisting of four short plays commissioned by the Company. We're also proud that half of the Merrigong Mix season is also locally produced or features local talent - Treasures from the Vault, RUFF! New Works in Progress and RAW Comedy.
